Jim Morrone, President
Mr Morrone joined Day & Zimmermann Dassian at its inception and was instrumental in building the organization's strategic business plan and it's go to market strategy.
He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role. Known for his ability to build sales teams and implement value based selling methodologies, Mr. Morrone played instrumental roles in the growth of four start-up organizations that had very successful public offerings and/or were acquired.
Before joining DZD, Mr. Morrone distinguished himself as VP North America Sales at Geac, VP Sales at Yantra and prior to that was recognized as a top performer at SAP, rising to the rank of VP of Major Accounts.
Jim holds a bachelor of science in Accounting from Villanova University and is a graduate of St Joseph's Preparatory School.

Larry Ames
Larry Ames is president of Day & Zimmermann's Government Services business, a division of the Munitions and Defense group. Mr. Ames has more than 20 years of experience in operations, engineering, sales and executive leadership positions.
Mr. Ames joined Day & Zimmermann in 2003 as president of Day & Zimmermann Services. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ames was president and CEO of Defense Support Services, a Day & Zimmermann joint-venture providing high-quality field services to the Department of Defense through more than 8,000 employees on five continents.
Mr. Ames holds a bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was a Captain in the U.S. Army and a graduate of the Ranger and Airborne service schools.
